Certification Expired

Hello, Team.

Unfortunately I was not able to renew my AZ-104 certification in time and I would like to understand what is the process to retake the certification?

I tried to schedule the exam via Person Vue but it was not possible, they mention that I already took this exam and I can only do the renewal.
