The Coding has become more painful again after dependency on Object Oriented Drag-Drop on forms getting replaced with regressive frameworks.
Since Partial Views are standard approach for reusable objects containing values from database tables, Are there any downloadable T4 templates for creating Partial Views objets that contain ComboBoxes with values from Database tables? Also, templates for creating dependant ComboBoxes.

I recommend that you could refer to Microsoft Learning Guidelines for Writing T4 Text Templates to try to custom the template.
