Wrong WIN10 loading

I have been trying to reimage a Lenovo laptop with our image of WIN10 Education. With the USB image I'm able to delete all partitions and install the OS on the unallocated drive available after I delete the partitions. We do this to every single laptop that comes across our desk; however, I have one Lenovo that reboots from USB image, allows the deletion of the partitions and "installs" the version of WIN10 that we use. Unfortunately, when it gets to the OOB experience screen and I go through the steps to get to adding our azure account, it looks as if WIN10 Home version is that one that keeps popping up.

Not sure if this makes any sense but I've been trying for a week now and I can't get the device to boot to the correct OS and I'm totally frustrated now. Has anyone ever experienced this or has any tips on what else I can try to get the correct WIN10 version loaded?

Any help is appreciated.

I was finally able to get the device to boot to proper OS version. Here's all that was needed: go into the BIOS and change the order of the boot device to the USB with our image.
Some might be thinking that this is a step that should have been done in the first place; however, for the past 4 years with these devices we have never had to change the boot sequence, as long as we change the boot from UEFI to Legacy the rest was taken care of and the device would boot and reimage from the USB.
Not sure if this makes much sense, but I found it annoying that something so small was preventing the correct version to load. Not sure how this happened, all I know is that I was finally able to get the result I was looking for. Thanks for all the help.
