I looked for bin folder, but there's only Microsoft.Kinect.VisualGestureBuilder.dll. what can i do?

it occurred when running the exe. when I move Microsoft.Kinect.VisualGestureBuilder.dll from bin to Windows\System32, It turns out that ‘This Application Was Unable to Start Correctly (Error Code: 0xc000007b)’
Did the program run successfully in Visual Studio debug mode before? The error 0xc000007b is usually caused by mixing with 64bit and 32bit program, DLL.
