Unable to Use Sandbox for Learn

To anyone who can help, I would appreciate assistance in my issue below.

I am going through the training available for Azure at learn.microsoft.com, which includes use of a "sandbox" to try out certain features for free. I click to have my sandbox created and I have a link to authorize it and then I get the message...

You are currently signed in as MattMannikka@harsh.com .com, however, ******@mannikka.com was invited. Do you want to switch to ******@mannikka.com?

I click the button to switch accounts, but it fails. I believe it is because they are actually the same account.

I have one account with Microsoft for M365. I signed up initially with ******@mannikka.com, but another email address was created when I used Outlook.com. I can sign in with either email address, but it still resolves to ******@mannikka.com on my account. Interestingly, it is similar on the Azure portal in that I can use either email address to sign in and the account is the same. One difference is that the email address that gets displayed is the one ending in outlook.com.

I found a link that seemed to explain how to fix the issue for someone who seemed to have the same issue. However, all it did was wipe up the little progress I had made at learn.microsoft.com.

Again, any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

BTW, I did reach out to Azure support via Twitter, and they directed me to post my request for help here.

I'd try asking for help with course issues in dedicated forums here. (Participate\Ask A Question)
Courses and Course Content/Course Content Issue
