Hi All,

We built a Hyperv Server with some cluster disk but did not end up using the Cluster and no Hyperv were build on the cluster disk.

We now want to remove the cluster configuration from this server as its creating issue with some backup software.

I disable the role and removed all Node except for the last node. Cluster disk are already set to offline.

What I would like to confirm is that if I remove the last Node that is running on a Hyperv Server that this will not create any issue for the Hyperv servers. EG Will the Nic reset and need to be reconfigured.

I see under networking that networks are set for Cluster only or Cluster and client.

Thanks for you time in Advance.

Regards
Craig

    Hi,

    No need to answer this.

I completed the work over the weekend. Remove and Delete the Roles, and Disk. Then delete cluster. It all worked with no downtime and no interruption to services.
