Regulatory Compliance Report - Defender for Cloud

We have multiple subscription under one tenant. Can we download the regulatory compliance report covering all the subscriptions under it?
If yes, what do we need?

As I cannot see any documentation, I'm assuming that we need permission to other subscriptions so we can see all the recommendation for all subscriptions on one Microsoft Defender for Cloud.
