Certification renewal

I got email with this title "Action required - Your Microsoft Certification will expire in seven days!" although I have already done renewal.

Microsoft Certification / Exams is currently not supported in the Q&A forums.

Microsoft Training & Certification is supported on their own forums, and you can ask questions by clicking on "Get Started" -> "Ask a Question"
