Hi brow, did you check the Task Manager to identify what is causing your windows running slow. If everithing running normal. Please reset your windows or clean install.
can someone help me set my bios settings
Windows is very slow after i installed a new ssd card, my motherboard is Asus z390-P i got an i7 9700K and 32GB RAM with a quadro p4000,
i updated my drivers, i use my sata 3 and 4 port for my ssd's, boot priorities are set ok.

2022-12-09T10:37:29.163+00:00 You can try resetting BIOS or if you like you can also reset Windows 10 without affecting data.
Go to Settings > Update & Security > Recovery.
Click Get started button for Reset this PC. Choose to keep files when asked.
