Existing list templates missing from /_layouts/15/addanapp.aspx? page in SharePoint 2013 environment

Question

We have two variations of SharePoint 2013 sites French and English. The English sites work fine but the french site when user is trying to create any new list/library the Out of the Box list templates are missing from " Add an App" page(/_layouts/15/addanapp.aspx?). For English and French sites root(site collection) site is same only

Note: When i try to create new list SharePoint designer i can able to select the existing templates.

Need your help to enable the all existing templates on Add an App page of SharePoint 2013

Hi @Anonymous ,

Please execute the following steps on your sites:

1. Choose Site Settings.
   
2. In the Site Actions group, click Manage site features
   
3. Scroll down to the bottom, and there you'll see the Team Collaboration Lists feature.
4. Click its Activate button
   
5. Now go back to the Site Contents page, and you will see a lot more templates available.
