Public team as a member.

Please i need your help on this issue.
We currently have a problem with a user. She was added to a public team as a member.
She has access to all tabs/files in the team but does not get access to the team's posts in this team.
It doesn't matter if the access is done via browser or Teams App. Even a change of computer does not change anything.
We have tried the following without success:
- Remove from team, join team ourselves.
- Remove from team and add to team as Teams Admin (Teams AdminCenter).
- Remove from team and assigned directly to M365 group via AAD portal.
The result is always the same.
Other users can join the team without any problem and see the posts.
We have just the second case that a MA can no longer access the one team (this time a different one).
When he is accessing the "General" channel, the team disappears from the team's view.
This error shows up in the browser and the Windows Teams app.
But on iOS (Apple) iPhone everything is still normal!
