Callback Registration Expander System Job (Canceled)

Hello,
We've been trying to run some bulk deletion jobs to clear up space in our dataverse. When running a bulk deletion job on some blank contact records, it appears that they were all deleted, but for each one, a new blank record was created in it's place, with a system job called "Callback Registration Expander" in a "Canceled" state.
Does anyone know how to get these blank records deleted, without it recreating new records in their place?

We ask that you locate a tag that is associated with the product that you are using as this allows experts who follow those product tags to be alerted to your question.
If you do not see your product's tag listed, there is a chance that your product may have different support channels. In those instances, I would suggest doing an internet search for Contoso product support (such as DevOps support) and you might be able to find what official channels your product is supported in.
