I scanned the QR code for a Microsoft Authenticator website on my iPhone before I had the Authenticator app installed. I now have the app installed, but it does not display the code for the site. When I try and sign in for the site, it asks for the code although I cannot see it.

Ok, yea no clue about that site. You may need to ask the web admin if they support two factor via the microsoft authenticator. The two factor needs to be established on their end.
