Azure Devops: Is it possible to have one Master Backlog in project which is linked to multiple projects based on subsets of epics from master backlog? if yes how?

Is it possible to have one Master Backlog in project which is linked to multiple projects based on subsets of epics from master backlog? if yes how?
This use case is for an organization where there is single backlog (Master Backlog) is maintained and there are dozens of applications. Development on each of these applications is done in an application specific ADO project catered by subset of the work item types from the master backlog. question is what the best way is to set it up. so that any update done in a specific project get synced back to the status of the work item in master Backlog.
