Cannot login work or school account operated by 21vianet

I have a newly installed win11 22621.900 and try to login my school office 365 account in Settings - Accounts - Email & Accounts - Add work or school account.

As usual, I already use this login method for my several personal win devices to receive emails via built-in Email UWP and sync files with Onedrive Business.

However, this time it shows my username is incorrect as you can see my school account is an education email operated by 21vianet in China.

I also ask my school IT but they just suggested me to use Outlook 2016 which solution was provided by 21ViaNet Support
and yes my school IT allow every login methods as long as I can type in the correct password.

So I am just wondering if there is any other way to login and use Email UWP for my education email?

    Hi @Andy Wong ,

    As mentioned by the MVP, this is an issue that needs to be resolved by your school's IT administrator.

    There is a known limitation around existing Outlook Contacts sharing email addresses with invited users, and we have a pending item to improve this experience. I've seen the error you mentioned thrown when this is the case, and suspect this might be what is going on. If so, your school's IT admin needs to try the following to unblock your account:

    1) Remove Invited user
    2) Delete Outlook contact
    3) Reinvite user

    This needs to be resolved by your IT admin though, as we do not have access in the forums to account information or permissions.

    After confirmed with my school IT and 21ViaNet Support once again, it seems there is really no solution for my issue here so far.
    Also, I hope others in the community facing similar issues can easily find the situation for now and please let me know if there are any update on related topics.
