Unable to link Accout for AZ-900, Error AAL01

Team, I am not able to Claim AZ-900 exam, while verifying code it is asking to link account, but there is no![269165-snap01.png][1]![269193-snap02.png][2] option to link another account and once i click on Agree, getting below error. Error AAL01:Could not complete account linking operation. PFA Error snapshots. Please do the needful.
