After trial ended and subscription started the statics sites stopped working

Question

My to static web sites stopped working after the trial ended.
When I enabled billing with a card and opened a subscription, the sites are still down.
What's going on?

It turns out you have to recreate the sites!

I would like to recall you a relevant detail about the free tier for webapps and it is that it is a shared environment with other customer so, compute allocation can be a reason why you are not getting your site up and running again.
