I am unsure of how to connect my ceriport cerification to my microsoft account

Question

I completed a MOS Excel Certification through certiport an have a Microsoft cerificication ID, but am unsure of how to obtain the access code. I went through https://mcp.microsoft.com/mcp/home/migrate and put that I did not know my access code, but keep receiving errors that my information is correct. I still have access to my certiport account, but am unsure of how to link my certification to my microsoft account without the access code.
