Unable to register to az900 exam without last name

Question

I have only first name and dont have any last name in any of my goverment issued identities. The Exam registration does not proceed without the last name and please help. If I use .(full-stop or dot) as last name. the portal shows error message "invalid legal last name". Please assist me how to register for az900 exam without having last name
