I'm not sure why, but all of a sudden, my office apps (word, excel, etc.) became unlicensed. They weren't subscriptions or anything they were already bought, and I've been using them for years. I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling, but now I get a message that says my account has multiple licenses. I click get started and choose the most recent one. Everything seems okay, but when I close the app and then try to go on again, I keep getting the message, and I have to choose all over again. This is really annoying and I hate doing it over and over again. Please help before I get too frustrated.

    Hi @Travis

Could you please tell us which version of Office are you using now?
Such as Microsoft 365 Apps, Office 2021.
You can go to one Office app > File > Account > Product Information to have a check.

Please go to Services & Subscriptions webpage, check the Office licenses bound with your account.

I suggest you take a screenshot to show us of your Office products.

How did you uninstall Office and install Office?
It's recommended to use the uninstall tool to remove Office, and then restart machine.
Go to Services & Subscriptions webpage to choose one Office product to install.

Any updates welcome to let me know.
