oggi avevo un appuntamento per svolgere la certificazione DP-900, purtroppo ho sbagliato sede e atteso inutilmente in un centro vicino a quello in cui avrei dovuto svolgere l'esame. Ho contattato appena mi è stato segnalato l'errore la sede ma ormai troppo tardi per svolgerlo. Ora, vorrei sapere se vi è la possibilità di rifarlo a brevissimo termine 24-72 ore riprenotando. Al momento mi dice che ho una sessione aperta per l'esame e non posso prenotare nuovamente. Vorrei sapere anche se ormai il buono che avevo per svolgere l'esame risulta perso e devo provvedere a pagare la prossima prenotazione. Grazie

today I had an appointment to take the DP-900 certification, unfortunately I got the wrong location and waited in vain in a center near the one where I was supposed to take the exam. I contacted the headquarters as soon as the error was reported to me but it was too late to carry it out. Now, I would like to know if there is a possibility to do it again in the very short term 24-72 hours by rebooking. Can you tell me exactly who to contact?
I've already contacted the center that was supposed to let me take the exam and they weren't able to help me.
I don't know how to contact Microsoft directly or a number/email to write to.
Do you have any pointers on this? This is my second certification and first attempt at this.
