Single user signature getting in outlook.office.com after logout

We have a single user who's email signature isn't saving in outook.office.com after logging out and back in.
The signature will save when the user logs in, creates the signature, and saves it but once they log out and back in to the web portal, the saved signature is no longer there and needs to be recreated.
I've attempted this with my credentials and it saves just fine when logging out and back in. It seems to be isolated to this single user. It just started occurring over the past week or so. No settings have changed and no rules are set up on the users profile.

    Hi @Chris Bechtel

I've attempted this with my credentials and it saves just fine when logging out and back in. It seems to be isolated to this single user.

I tried to test in my lab tenant and the signature can save successfully as well, so, agree with you that it's likely to be a issue with the particular user. In order to help narrow down the issue, I am wondering were you using the same browser on the same computer as the problematic user when did the test with your own credentials?

Besides, it's suggested to let the user try using different browsers or opening the browser in private mode to see the result.

You can also have a look at the Service Health page in the Microsoft 365 Admin Center to check if there's any potentially relevant known issues in your tenant.

[How do you stop Teams putting all users on hold when accessing documents?]

    Issue Symptom:
a single user who's email signature isn't saving in outook.office.com after logging out and back in

    Current status:
"I first tried logging in with my own credentials through Chrome. Saved a test signature, logged out and back in and the signature saved. When I had the user log in, her signature was still there. I also had her log into Edge with the same result.
Not sure if this was on the Microsoft side or not but I checked with the user this morning and we're still good.
No other changes were made on our end."
