Is it possible to customise staff availability hours on Teams Bookings for different weeks?

Hi all,

We are looking to set up a bookings system for our clinic appointments. Our clinicians have different availability week on week i.e. 9-11 Mon 12th but 12-2 Mon 19th, however currently in working hours we can only set available hours for the same time each day week on week. As we would like clients to be able to book themselves into appointments up to two months in advance, we need to set custom slots that vary weekly, rather than set slots every week. Is this something that is possible in bookings?

Best wishes,

Elizabeth

    Hi Elizabeth,

I am afraid that currently it may not be possible.

If you would like to share this idea with Microsoft, please consider creating a post in the Microsoft Bookings Feedback Forum.
Your feedback would be greatly appreciated.
    Thanks for your understanding.

Bookings is linked to Outlook calendars so you could add 'Not available' appointments in to each person's Outlook calendar and select Busy in the Show As option. If you have linked Bookings to their Outlook calendar, it shouldn't show any available appointments at any of the times marked as Busy in Outlook. So rather than marking up when people are available, you're marking up when they're not.
