Excel not open, if excel opened then file open in read only format

We have received following error in excel

The workbook will be opened read-only. You can try again later when one or more users have closed the workbook.

    Hi @Nitesh Patil ,
    Did this problem appear in all Excel Workbooks or specific Workbook?
    Where did you save the Workbooks?
    Did this problem appear with all users?
    Try to re-create the shared folder or file and check if users can open without problem.
