Az-900 Certification exam was cancelled by proctor

Question

My AZ-900 certification was cancelled by the proctor since the video was fluctuating and i was given a case id and told that my voucher would be added back to the certification profile and i should be able to rescedule the test. The exam was scheduled for 12/12/2022 6pm IST, but i still do not see the voucher added back on my profile. Requesting for help on this.
