Hi
My iphone was stolen and it was logged in to the Authenticator app for school use. On my new phone, a new greyed out account appears called Azure AD under my personal email that says it’s a connected account used to sign in to other apps on the device. I can’t work out how to delete it, it doesn’t let me click on it or anything, and I’ve never used Azure so I’m worried the thieves may have downloaded it and be using it to bypass other security measures.
Can anyone help?

    Hi,

You will need to revoke/delete access to the Azure Tenant, for that specific user account, howto-mfa-userdevicesettings. If you do not have access to the tenant raise a priority call or support case with Microsoft over here.

    Hope this helps.
