I'm looking into migrating over to Server 2022 but saw there was Server 2022 21H2 and Server 2022 22H2. This has me wondering if Server OS will have feature updates like Windows 10 and 11.

There's no more Semi-Annual Channel with Server 2022 so no that wouldn't happen like that.

There are 2 types of Server install
LTSC (Windows Server 2022) - normal one most people install
Continuous update version (can't remember Microsoft's term for this one at this point) (Windows Server 2022 21H2/22H2). This one MIMICS the Windows 10/11 Update cadence and is usually used for servers that do "Containers".
