Microsoft teams, how to recive messages to node.js server?

Hello,
Is it possible to create an application/bot/Connector in MS Team, anything that will allow you to receive live time messages from a specific team, send them to a server in node.js on a localhost. I was thinking that this bot/connector doesn't need to use GraphApi so as not to get an error (too many request).

We need to make use of Create subscription Graph API, using which you can Subscribe to messages in a channel. Currently you can either subscribe to messages across all channels or subscribe to messages in a channel of a specific team.
To send these messages to your server in node.js, first you need to create an API endpoint in your node.js server and mention this API endpoint in notificationUrl.

GET /teams/{team-id}/channels/{channel-id}/messages/{message-id}/replies/{reply-id}. If i undestand corretly i need protected Api it is possible to do get acces to protected api without azure paid subscribtion?Maybe exist other method to get message content?
