Application error while deploying Azure function app.

Hello,
I am trying to deploy Azure function app using Bicep template. I have integrated the Function app with Private end point and DNS zone. The deployment is successful. But, when I tried to access the function app link, I get the below error.
:( Application error, if you are application administrator, you can access the diagnostic resources.
Kindly let me know what might be the cause of the issue and relevant solution.

This error message is quite generic, and the underlying root cause may vary. As such, we should leverage the Diagnostics to dig deeper and troubleshoot for more specific, prescriptive errors. Could you try out Diagnostic features and let me know?

Platform was unable to mount the storage volume for your app for some reason.
No storage volumes available for start up.
