RDSH Explorer freeze

Once in while we experience Explorer freeze and login process stuck.

This is related to the availability of network drive (mapping) and , possibly, network folder shortcuts.

The problem arise when there are network "glitchs" or reconfiguration.

All users are affected and we have to restart the servers.
The non-availability of a network drive or shortcut should not hang a session nor the entire server.
This is very annoying and does not occur on Windows 10/11 w/ single user.
