Passed certification not showing in profile as Active Certification

Question

I earned Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate last Aug. 2019 and it expired last Aug. 2021 (reflects in my transcript "Historical Certifications" under my profile). Then, I retook the AZ104 again this December however it is not showing in my "Active Certifications" even though it shows in my passed exam section.

Should it be included in my Active Certification in my transcript? Any idea? Any info is appreciated. Thank you.
