Genuine looking Pishing Emails - Office 365 not blocking

Dear Support team, I am receiving phishing emails in my office 365 exchange emails with the mail originating from a Gmail id but they use our employee names in the display name.

Users get confused by seeing the display name and responding. How to prevent/block this kind of email?

    Report as phishing:
    https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/microsoft-365/security/office-365-security/submissions-report-messages-files-to-microsoft?view=o365-worldwide

    You can use the end user report options or report as an admin if you are one:

    Aside from the above suggestion provided by Andy, if only one or a small number of employee names are involved, you can create a mail flow rule like below to prevent this kind of phishing mails:
