windows 10 22H2 upgrade task sequence error

Question

I was trying to upgrade a window 10 1903 device to 22H2 using a SCCM upgrade task sequence, but post installation and before first restart TS failed with below error. please advise on this.

Hi,

1,You can try to add a "Run Command Line" task sequence setp with "SUBST /D" command to have a try. Similar threads for your reference:
ConfigMgr Restart Task fails if client has SUBST-ituted drive
SCCM Restart error

2,If there is any USB stick or removable drive, please remove it to have a try.

3,What version of SCCM and Windows ADK you are using? To support Windows 10 22 H2 as client, please upgrade to the latest SCCM version 2207 or 2211 to have a try.
