Does Amortised Billing Export has 'Purchase' Line-items for Reservations???

So, I have both the billing exports setup that is Amortised and Actual -

In my Cost exports for metric type Amortized I can see charge type 'Purchase' line-items but according to the DOCS there should not be any 'Purchase' line-items for amortized costs. though I have had this data for some months and missing the rest of them. why the inconsistency?
