Roles required to "SAP on Azure Deployment Automation Framework"

Hello,
I've executed "prepare_region.sh" following to below site.
https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/azure/virtual-machines/workloads/sap/automation-deploy-control-plane?tabs=linux

But too many errors occured.

At least what roles are needed to this command.
