Registering a hid-i2c driver

I'm developing a hid-i2c driver, but I got a trouble.
I wanna register a hid-i2c driver, like hidi2c.sys. There are no actually i2c hardware. I think that could be read/wrote i2c data from the composition of USB/HDMI protocols. So I want to write a hid class driver to register a hid-i2c driver. But I cann't found some sample descriptor about the hid i2c.
How can I register it?

If you can provide some tips or suggestion, I would be greatly appreciated.
