- Does anyone else have the same problem in your organization?
- Does the web client have the same problem? Please go to the Teams web app with InPrivate mode to check that the recording plays on that side.
- Did anyone else in the organization turn recording off or on? See Who can start or stop a recording?
Regarding meeting recording, you also need to check if SharePoint and OneDrive storage space is enough. Additionally, you can run the following diagnostic tests to diagnose problems with meeting recording.
