Teams Recording issue

Hello

Please i need your help on this issue.

We had a teams meeting which was fine.

The meeting was fine, we had no problems, but when I checked for the recording, I could find only the first three hours of it, and in the chat, it was written that the recording stopped at 12.00 (the meeting ended at 12.30) and started again.

Checking the recording, it was only the first 3 hours of the meeting. The recording is ok, but at the end, it starts having some problems in video and audio.

Then another recording appeared containing the last hour of the meeting. But this recording is broken, the video is disrupted, and it is not possible to see any image. The audio is weird too and cuts in several moments.

I don’t know what happened because I didn’t have any connection issues, as far as I am aware.

    According to your description, I have the following questions to confirm with you:

    1. Does anyone else have the same problem in your organization?
    2. Does the web client have the same problem? Please go to the Teams web app with InPrivate mode to check that the recording plays on that side.
    3. Did anyone else in the organization turn recording off or on? See Who can start or stop a recording?

    Regarding meeting recording, you also need to check if SharePoint and OneDrive storage space is enough. Additionally, you can run the following diagnostic tests to diagnose problems with meeting recording.
