How to change the permissions of a video on Stream (on Sharepoint) so your whole company can see it?

I've been trying to upload a video that my whole company should be able to view on Stream (on Sharepoint). Where do I find the "Permissions" section? I solved the issue now by using Stream (classic) but I heard that the classic version will be phased out in 2023 so it's not a durable solution.

Hi @Verstappen Karen ,
According to my research and testing, you can try the follow steps:
1, First make sure that the account used has full control permissions for the video.
2, Add your whole company user to a group.
3, Open the video and then you can see the "Share" in the upper right corner. Click Share-->Manage access.

4, Then a dialog pops up, Click Advanced.

5, Click Grant Permissions to assign the appropriate permissions to the group.

Thanks for your reply. I would like to make a video available for my whole company to see. How do I add my whole company in the "invite people" box? There are over 8,000 employees at my company so I can't add them manually ;-)

Sorry for the delay response, I took a day off because I was unwell.
You can go to Microsoft 365 admin center-->Teams and groups-->Active teams & groups-->Add a group. Create a new Microsoft group.
Then use PowerShell to batch add members to this group.

Open the video and click the "Share" in the upper right corner. Enter the group name you want to share, click Send, and you can share the video to the whole group via email.
