Automate VBA refresh of Sharepoint Online Document excel file

Question

Excel file uploaded to Sharepoint Online document libarary
The file has VBA which when executed refreshes an embedded Microsoft Query (linked to ERP database)

I need to set a schedule for the file to be refreshed daily. I'm looking for directions on how to do this. I'm agnostic as to how (eg Task Scheduler w/ Python, using a SPO built in function, etc)
