Location SQL Server Management Setting in my Power BI

i need to locate SQL Service Management Setting on my Power BI Pro in order to enhance maximum size pbix that i could publish. My pbix file has size 1,4 Gb and i want to publish it but it was rejected becasuse the size is above 1 Gb, eventhough i have Premium Account in PBI.
