loopbackcapture recording, Noise

Hi, according to Loopback Recording and Capturing a Stream, I write the sample code (check the attachment), but the result pcm file has noise.
Is there anything wrong with my code?

Environment: VS2019, Windows SDK19041271381-loopbackcapture-common.txt

The MS SDK sample (ApplicationLoopback), a bit more advanced (can filter PID), works fine for me (Windows 10 21H1, resulting .WAV file is OK)

Thank you for your reply. I've already tried that, it also works for me, but it only supports Windows 11 or Windows 10 build 20348 later. Now I just try to find some other solutions.

With the old method, I did some tests with code similar as audio_play_capture
and I also get correct .WAV files

audio_play_capture works, but the capture format is hard coded (bit_depth: 16, channels: 2, sample_rate: 44100). if I use the format hr = m_pAudioClient->GetMixFormat(&m_pwfx); (line 45 in AudioListener.cpp) by ignoring the input parameters ( BitsPerSample, FormatTag, BlockAlign, XSize in AudioListener constructor), I still get the noise. check code below:

It seems your sinker has problem. 1. These data, channels, bit depth, etc, are also needed by the sinker in order to align media data.
Have you tried FileWriteSink?
