Hi Folks,

I have many servers in the domain and when I check the c:\users folder I see many user folders. How can I delete inactive users' folders or find users' folders sizes on each computer?

I found this: https://deployhappiness.com/user-profile-cleanup-with-group-policy/

but how can I measure how much space I would gain by deletion older profile?

thanks in advance

    Hi,

Not out of the box solution but you can write a script to capture the folder size and output into a csv file and do a Vlookups + consolidation of the folders frrom diff servers. Try Treesize software it is freeware but if you are using for Organisation it will be a paid one.

    Hope this helps.
