With my search, it seems impossible to find a meeting declined by your delegate.
Generally, when a delegate declines a meeting, the declined meeting disappears from the calendar and goes to the delegate's deleted folder.
If you want to know which meetings your delegate declined, it is recommended that you contact your delegate directly.
