Filtering emails from compromised companies
Hello,
I'm wondering if there's solution to managing emails that come into our organization from compromised accounts. I work for a Charity, and we are seeing more and more email accounts sending mass emails to our users, but as the sender address is known, or legitimate, the mail server\Mimecast isn't rejecting them. is there any systems or tools with email management that could detect mass emails to internal recipients and hold\reject based on set criteria?
We currently are moving to Exchange online, and have the O365 Business Premium plan with Mimecast as our email\spam system.
