MSSQL: The target principal name is incorect

A connection was successfully established with the server, but then an error occurred during the login process. (provider: SSL Provider, error: 0 - The target principal name is incorrect.) (Framework Microsoft SqlClient Data Provider)

How can I resolve this error?

you are using kerberos for authentication, and it is failing. most likely the sqlserver is trying to register it SPN and failing. see:
