AD migration (Interforest)

Question

Hi Guys,
I have multiple domains running in my environment. We have to remove One of the domains and we want to migrate it to a different location so it will be running independently.

All the users, objects, and their complete profiles need to be migrated so that the user can work at the new location without any changes.

As per my understanding, ADMT does not migrate profiles and settings. So, is there any tool through which I can achieve my target? We can also go with any paid tools which can help us in migration.
