Microsoft Apps "Word,excel..etc" Password Window does not appear after entering e-mail address

can someone please help me
We have a Microsoft 365 Apps Business Premium plan and log into Word Office via browser, macOS, Windows laptops with no issues.
But on our Azure VM Windows Server 2019 and after entering the email address in a MS Office app, no password-windows shows up and we can't log in. With my personal office account I can log in without any problem.
my work account is a subdomain of msoffice: ******@mycompany.onmicrosoft.com

We have reinstalled MS apps through deployment service for shared computers.
We have made many changes in Regedit and reinstalled MS Office but with no changes.
We contacted MS support who told us it is a problem with Azure software.
Can anyone help me?

    I would recommend to follow the process for verification and resolution on the next official article since it may give you more details why the account is not logging into the app.

    Usually Office Apps would not provide a very detailed error on this cases (if even any error at all), but logging into the portal can provide you more details, or the next step for resolving the problem as in the article instructions.
