Model difficulties

Hey I would like to get a matrix with how many returned products there are per year, per customer segment, per region,... My model tells me now there are for each row 800 returned products, which is the total of the returned products. Can anybody see what I am doing wrong? Thanks in advance. 271854-screenshot-15.png
