Voucher for Exam DP-100

Hi, as Xmas present for my daughter I would like to order a voucher for the exam DP-100 course, but I cannot find the way to do that as private person (not as a company); Can you help me out?

I mention the bundle because the official practice test is helpful for studying/making sure she is ready to pass the exam.
