  • can not reach support, but still getting the suspension warning - I need help
  • I need to update the CC details

    Hi

    I would suggest contacting Microsoft Support using the number for your region from here:

    https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/topic/global-customer-service-phone-numbers-c0389ade-5640-e588-8b0e-28de8afeb3f2

    They will be able to give you access again providing you can prove ownership of the account.
